A temporal resonator is an extremely advanced device. With a single activation, it stops time around the user for up to a minute, enabling him to continue to take actions. However, he is not able to interact with the environment or any items or creatures therein other than himself, as they are effectively temporally locked. It can, however, be used to escape a tricky situation or to heal.
